Would you like to help shape modern software and database projects as a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) and operate stable, high-performance, automated systems? Then join our development team at AGROLAB Group in Landshut. Together, we develop and operate our international LIMS system (laboratory information and management system) for controlling and optimizing laboratory processes.

  • Optimization and further development of our CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery environment
    Introduction of new tools and technologies for continuous process improvement
  • Ensuring the stability and performance of our Linux and Windows server landscape
  • Close cooperation with development, infrastructure, and support to improve monitoring and system reliability
  • Support in the further development of our distributed enterprise live systems
  • Coordination and management of external IT partners

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

  • Qualifications: Degree in computer science or excellent vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration) or comparable qualification
  • DevOps experience: Several years of experience in the DevOps environment, especially with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), version and build tools (Git, Maven, npm), and container technologies (Docker) and their orchestration and management (Kubernetes, Portainer)
  • Infrastructure & tools: Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows servers as well as confident use of the Unix/Linux command line (e.g., ssh, grep, sed/awk, systemctl, journalctl, chmod/chown)
  • Software development & databases: Good knowledge of SQL, Java/Spring Boot, and relational databases (e.g., Oracle DB)
  • Architecture: Understanding of modern software architectures such as microservices, REST, and domain-driven design
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Interest in new technologies and willingness to continuously develop your skills
